At 5Seconds, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our policy below.

Returns for Personal Reasons

Customers may return an unopened and unused product in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. If the product was shipped under a free shipping promotion, the refund will deduct the original shipping costs as well.

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive an incorrect or different product, do not open or use it. Please contact 5Seconds customer service immediately with your order number and photos of the received item. Once verified, you will need to return the incorrect product to us. Upon receipt, we will send you the correct product at no additional cost.

Faulty Product

If your product is not functioning properly upon arrival, contact info@5secondsbrand.com immediately. Our technical team will guide you through troubleshooting steps. If the product is determined to be defective and cannot be repaired, you may choose to either:

  • Receive a free replacement

  • Return the product for a full refund within 30 days of receipt

General Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, except for custom orders, which are non-refundable. Non-defective products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return, and customers will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Opened or used items are not eligible for return.

All returned products must be in original packaging, including all accessories, parts, and documentation. Missing components may incur an additional fee, determined at the discretion of 5Seconds.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email info@5secondsbrand.com with the reason for the return and necessary photos/videos to verify the issue.

  2. Review & Approval – Our service team will review your request and provide a solution based on our policy.

  3. Return Authorization – If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  4. Ship the Product – Pack the product securely and return it within 5 business days.

  5. Processing Refund/Replacement – Once received, our team will inspect the product and process your replacement or refund accordingly.

NOTE:

  • Customers are responsible for properly palletizing, crating, strapping, wrapping, or boxing their product(s) for return, as required by shipping carriers.

  • Refunds typically take 1-2 weeks to process, depending on the bank. You will be notified via email once completed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the purchase was made via check, money order, or cash, an alternative refund method will be arranged.

  • For exchanges, the fastest option is to place a new order while returning the original item. Once the return is processed, we will refund the original purchase as agreed.
